Typically delivered in - 7-13 business days after being sent out.

We have multiple warehouses worldwide. 

Depending on product availability - Orders may be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the U.S.A, China, Australia, or the United Kingdom. 

We are not held responsible for attempting to intercept a package if delivery failed or was refused. It's in your best interest to contact the facility that last had your item to see if you can get it before it's returned to us.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email when the order has been sent out, along with the tracking number -

(Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped. In some cases, there may be a slight delay in tracking information results and may take up to 3-5 business days). 

Order Cancellation 

Once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order for you as it begins processing immediately, however, once the order arrives we can send you a return label so that the order can be sent back for a full refund, please reach out to a support member so that they may assist you with the correct steps.
